I'm just trying to [login to view URL] a directory: public_html/ and exclude one of it's subdirectories and the files within the subdirectory: store/ I'm trying to do this within a bash script called [login to view URL] Also in the script is a line to dump my database here are the contents of the script: #!/bin/bash mysqldump -h localhost -u dreadhq_joomla -p'MYPASS' --single-transaction dreadhq_joomla > $(date +%Y-%m-%d)[login to view URL] tar --exclude='public_html/store/*' --exclude='public_html/store' -czvf $(date +%Y-%m-%d)[login to view URL] public_html/. The problem is that the store dir and it's contents are not excluded when I run the script. I need you to use chrome remote desktop to access my machine (mac air) which will have command line access to the server where the backup is taking place. From there you can adjust the script as needed. Please note this is a production server so special care is required. I'm looking for bids at or around $10 to provide me with a backup script that works properly on my server. Thank you for your bid.
