General description
Would like to delivers a complete hosted (cloud) environment for companies and needs a total reconfiguration of the network infrastructure. Would like to be a hosting company that delivers Remote Workplaces, Multitenant VoIP, e-Mail, Website Hosting and VPS for multiple companies and/or multiple individual users.
The assignment includes, installation/configuration (complete setup), advice about the network and detailed documentation. All the work will happen through remote [login to view URL] project work hours are flexible, so you can plan the project freely to your own insights. The deadline is 27 days from the start of the project with a 3-day fine-tune finalization, ergo a max of 30 days
Project description
The setup of Digidaal is meant for hosting multiple (different) companies. The companies have to be able to login in to a LTSP hosted environment, in this environment the companies have ‘different’ assigned rights (depending on what they need).
The multitenant Zimbra environment has to host e-mail for multiple companies.
The ISP control panel (WHMCS with Directadmin) is meant for hosting multiple websites and creating LTSP, Zimbra and FusionPBX accounts, Pfsence for security and routing, OpenLDAP function as AD, Openfiler as NAS, FusionPBX for VoIP hosting and Nagios for monitoring.
The design of the environment and improvements must be reviewed and added in consideration with the project leader.
The environment has to be setup with Openstack as Hypervisor on two HP servers. The Virtual Machines have to be installed (redundant) and configured from A to Z on these servers. Note that securing the whole environment is very important and backup solution(s) should be provided.
You are required to have enough knowledge of Openstack, CentOS, Pfsence, Zimbra, LTSP and FusionPBX to be able to execute this project.
Before the inception of the project I want to receive a PID (Project Initiation Document), with a detailed planning, where I can clearly see that the deadline of 27 days is met.
Payment will take place after the successful completion of every phase (this means milestone with documentation).

I have been working with openstack since past 2 years and have implemented the same for more than 10 - 12 potential clients.
I can install it on a redundant way onto your servers. And probably suggest you more suitable architecture as wasting 1 server completely just for redundancy is not a very good architecture. I will let you know other possible means to make it redundant. But still if you want to have it configured your way. I will also do that.
Apart from Openstack i have done Pfsense, Email server, VPS, FusionPBX, etc. You will be glad to work with me as I shall also share a good quality work and documentations. If you want I will train you so that you can do it yourself for next time.
Please note Openstack is not a hypervisor it uses other hypervisors like KVM (free), Hyper-V (free), VMware (free), etc.
I will use both of your HP servers as hypervisor by installing CentOs and using KVM. Then you can give me small config machines (4 GB ram + 320 GB HDD, i7 processor) and another machine (6gb ram + 100 GB HDD). Then You can put HP servers on RAID config for redundancy. You can put these machines to HA at less cost. And you will get 2 servers to use which means more VM's and more buisness for you.

Pfsense as bandwidth limiting and firewall solution
KVM and QEMU hypervisor for virtualisation
Openstack I have tested it but I can implement it in the production.
I also have some experience with other open source tools which are out of the scope for this project.
I have also experience with configuration of Network Devices for routing.
