Booking engine w/ Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL (setup on Amazon...)

We are looking for a very experienced Ruby on Rails developer (min. 3 yrs Ruby experience) for the setup and test-driven development of a booking engine application similar to AirBnB. We only need you to set up the hosting environment and to develop the Ruby parts of the application. All frontend work (HTML5, CSS3, JS) is done by us.

Server infrastructure: Latest stable Ubuntu and Postgres
Hosting: Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, Cloudfront); ideally with Chef ([login to view URL])
Code hosting: Github
We should be able to scale up the hosting capacities within a blink of an eye if possible, so the hosting setup is crucial.

- Project encompasses Application for users and the mainly CRUD-based Administration interface (based on ActiveAdmin or RailsAdmin) for the application owner
- Multilingual (use globalize ([login to view URL]), Rails i18n). Site should automatically display in browser language if available.

- Application supports multiple currencies
- Payment integration with PayMill ([login to view URL])

We have a detailed project concept with data model etc. and detailed screens/views. Most views already exist in HTML. We provide excellent qualified bidders with the necessary information.
