Convert a .NET web service to JSP web service

This projects requires an individual to convert a .NET (ASPX) web service to Java. This simple web service, exposed as a WSDL will transform a comma seperated array into a physical CSV file on a server. Project requires someone who is fluent in CSharp and in practice coding JSP. We have built a CSharp web service wrapped up as an ASPX web service and require an expert to transform the basic capabilities from this ASPX service into a JSP web service. In other words we need someone to write from scratch a JSP service that will mimic the exact behavior of the ASPX service. Functionality: The web service will need to consume a CSV payload from an HTTP request originated from a SWF file, generate a physical CSV file on the server relative to the JSP service, and then return the URL back to the SWF. The new web service will also consume a few parameters from the HTTP request including the CSV file name and the relative path where the CSV file will be generated to. Provided Materials We will provide the CSharp code, a test application to execute and test with, and anything else you need. Overall this is a very simple project for someone who codes PHP on a regular basis. We will will need a reference from the last PHP project you worked on and the last CSharp project you worked on.
