Add 5,000 users to a facebook group

I have created a business page on Facebook and now I need users to join it. I am looking for 5,000 REAL Facebook members from the UK with an about equal ratio of male to female to join the facebook group. The key is REAL. I want to be able to promote to them afterwards. So if you can make this happen WITHOUT the group getting shut down let me know! I have created the account so all you need to do is get the members of Facebook form the UK to join.
