Girlfriend has a child out of wedlock when she was in England on temporary work visa. Son was born in England. Girlfriend and son moved back to South Africa when he was one month old. Son is now 7.5 years old. Son has South Africa birth certificate and South Africa Passport (unabridged birth certificate is pending with Dept of Home Affairs.) Biological father (in England) is not in the picture and is not providing any monetary supports. Girlfriend wants sole custody for the son so she can make decision on son future.
