Available Hours: Very Flexible. I have three years experience in an inbound contact center. In those years I have moved from being a Consultant to a Mentor, Senior Consultant, Team Manager to being put in charge of an entire LOB of 155 persons. I was put in charge of those persons to ensure that not only are they trained to answer all questions but to ensure that it stays that way. I have been able to de-escalate contacts that others found unbearable and have been doing so for those entire 3 years since working in that environment. I love a high paced environment it keeps me alive. Though I am from Jamaica, I have been told many times by my customers that I sound as if I am from the US. You should hire me not only for the experience that I bring to the table but I am very customer obsessed, a true believer of the customer always being right. I am not only a quick learner but because I am also very keen on details I was put in charge of training others. My resume is available upon request for more details on past experience.
