Create new simple website in Joomla 2.5 - repost

Warwick Meats, a leading producer, processor and distributor of quality Meat Products across Queensland and Northern New South Wales need a new website created in Joomla 2.5. Website hosting will be provided by Warwick Meats. The website should have a Farm/Meat Processor theme. Their existing brochure may be usefull as a guide to the look and feel of the site. Images of brochure and existing stock images will be provided. Other images and artwork should be provided by the Freelancer. An image of a document that contains the text for the relevant WEB pages will be provided. Website should be “Responsive” and EASILY viewable on IOS and Android based mobile devices. The way Joomla resizes pages and handles menus natively is generally not acceptable on mobile devices. Any input forms should be protected by Captcha or equivalent Landing page should have an animated banner or some sort of movement to make it more appealing.
