Hi. This plugin isn't easy to build. Even, it need a real VPS, not a vps using cpanel or something like it. The akeebasubs plugin need real access to system console for run a lot of commands. I can help you building akeebasubs plugin but I will need ssh access to vps (please read Build instructions - prerequisites into github docuemntation proyect. Open to questions.
