Back end website on Joomla platform with database management function

[url removed, login to view] has developed the front end of the website in the past 2 months . The design and basic functionality of the site was built by a local developer on the Joomla platform however they in not able to complete what is required by our company.
The current site can be viewed at [url removed, login to view](I am making the site live for the next 12 hours in order for you to see what it is all about,we need to make 5 small design changes).
We require:
1. Final design changes , approx 5 .
2. The full back end to be built including:
2.1 two databases for entrepreneurs and investors
2.2 reporting and matching capability of the 2 database so that we can identify entrepreneurs and investors who can link and conclude deals. This is critical , we need to be able to tell what investors match with entrepreneurs who require 5 million rand ,are located in Joburg and are in mining,as an example,
2.3 linking of social icons
2.4 email replays
2.5 reporting and general processing on the site
2.6 functionality allowing us to load entrepreneur deals,video pitches and info
2.7 membership login
The developer handed over a disk to us today with all codes to Joomla and it appears some processes are working like the application forms but I don't think it is complete.
We require this work to be done in 5 working days and we need ongoing support when necessary.
We would also require some basic training if possible so we can load deals e.t.c.
We also want a basic mobi site and we willing to pay 800 dollars for all this work.

1. Make sure that all URL’s resolve to match their page name i.e. http://corculture.com/index.php/en/entrepreneurs SHOULD READ http://corculture.com/entrepreneurs
2. There will be closer to 7 design changes
3. To clarify the most important aspect of the system is the database systems ,reporting and management. We need to be able to analyse the databases and match entrepreneurs to investors based on certain criteria.
