Configure Magento to look like joomla website

I have a joomla 1.5 website, I have installed magebridge and magento. I need someone to make the magento cart look similar to my website, (does not have to be exact, just similar) add menu navigation on magento to take user back to Joomla website etc and also configure payment via australian bank ANZ who have developed an application for magento.
