Continue HTML design integration into Joomla template

Hi, We're in the middle of converting an HTML website into a Joomla 1.5 template, and we don't have time to finish it so we'd like to give the job to someone. Every <div> should be copied into the [login to view URL] and should include a new position with the content in it. No content shall be in the [login to view URL] of the template file - only modules included with different position names that reflect the behaviour of the content (eg: position names: mainmenu, logo, topmenu, footer, etc..). You don't need to integrate the content. Simply recreate the frontpage, an article page, and search results page. You will have to create the menu items, but with '#' for the URL since you don't have to link it to an article. The top menu, logo, search bar and main menu have been done. There is one module that will need to be customized and it's a frontpage slideshow that will need to match the slideshow in the original website. Must validate IE 6+, Firefox 1+, Safari, Chrome. Only interesting bids will receive the links of the original website and the new website (not finished). After a 100% milestone, you will need to work directly on our FTP server. **We have programmers who can inspect your work, so the quality of your coding will be assessed and it will be reflected in your feedback**.
