Development of Web Part for Sharepoint 2013 -- 2

We want to integrate our 5Editor solution into Sharepoint 2013. 5Editor enables the standard office products like Word, Excel and Powerpoint to run into a browser. We want to edit office documents with 5Editor like Office Web Apps does. What we need is a Web Part/App that integrates into the Sharepoint ribbon and allows to select a Sharepoint document like docx and to press an edit button. The edit button should set an url to an iframe in the web part to run e.g. Word in the iframe. Then the documents data/url should be read and passed to a javascript function in the iframe to load the document into Word. As we understood the web part can be part of a page or cover the entire screen. If not, this should be made possible. Each web part has properties that should be preset by global parameters but be overwritable for each user. The global parameters should be set inside a settings area inside Sharepoint if possible.
