Creation of a Cordova iOS Bluetooth Printer Plugin to an existing interface

We have a pre-existing Android plugin that needs porting to Cordova for iOS.
This printing plugin:
1. When called connects to a pre-paired Bluteooth printer
2. If not connected, it re-establishes a connection and if cannot raises an error
3. Once connected, the plugin accepts calls to print Text and Images separately, as well as an array of text to be printed

Class Methods Required:
• status – returns the current status of the printer; returned from the Zebra SDK:
o isReadyToPrint Printer Online
o isHeadTooHot Printer Overheat
o isPaused Printer Paused
o isHeadOpen Printer Cover Open
o isPaperOut Paper Empty
o Others: Printer Disconnected
• disconnect – close the Bluetooth connection
• printText – print text in a series of formats:
o Left: {left: “left aligned text”}
o Left-bold: {LEFT: “Left, bold aligned text”}
o Center: {center: “center aligned text”}
o Centre-bold: {CENTER: “Center, bold aligned text”}
o Right: {right: “Right aligned text”}
o Right-bold: {RIGHT: “Right, bold aligned text”}
• printRasterData – print a b64 encoded image.
• printLocalFile – print a local file, relative to www.
