Simply I would like someone to build a simple 300x250 banner that expands to a 600x250 banner, the file must be built using Flash CC (code can be added to whatever Flash publishes) but it must work and be compliant in Google DoubleClick Studio, without expansion, preload, close buttons and exits (click Throughs!) So effectively what it would entail is supply 2x flash files, and the relevant files and code (marked) showing what was added to get this to work in DCS. It's basically get a HTML5 canvas file from Flash to an expandable DoubleClick Studio file.
