Backend Developer (Mail Client Like App)

Looking for a Backend developer to help complete my front end work by adding functionality, taking care of backend work, in order to have the project delivered.
The project is a sort of mail client (Cross Platform - PhoneGap) that will show users, material uploaded for them by Administrator, the upload system is already in place.
Front end development will by done by me and screens supplied for functionality periodically.
Will require following skills:
(i) Experience with Phongegap
(ii) Intergrating Parse Backend System
(iii) Working with Google Drive SDK
