I am looking for a JavaScript programmer that can code a unique code to live tail a log. The big issue is that the log grows up to 50-100 thousand lines of logs, so when entering the website it needs to only grab the 500 latest log lines. Also the latest line needs to be at the top. (this should be easily switched).

Hello, I can help you to make your page faster using Ajax. It's clear that 100K of lines would overflow memory + since webpage redraws frequently it worsens things even more. I haven't got what you mean with "the latest line needs to be at the top", do you have a graph to show everything?

Sir, Thank you in advance for reading this proposal. I can fix your issue. Just to be clear i need more info : 1) i assume "log" file is stored in server. "JavaScript " is client side programming language. It can not read server side file itself. Which tool[php/asp/java/nodejs/ror] are you using in server ? This is easy task for me. I can finish with in sort time. I am waiting for your response. Regards Tariq
