We are seeking an independent self-motivating programmer for contract work on Adult web site featuring user submitted live cam interactivity.
Must be long termed minded.
Must be able to work with existing scripts/code.
Must have superior problem solving abilities.
Must be tenacious.
Must have excellent intuition and foresight.
Must write clean code (well commented) so that any other programmer could understand it easily.
Advanced level knowledge of Php/MySQL
Intermediate level knowledge of HTML JavaScript, AJAX, Flash/ActionScript
Prefer hand coding without use of WYSIWYG editors.
Must also have experience in embedded flash video, streaming server technologies and web cam chat programs such as backend pay per minute programs like:

We have not decided specifically on frontkick and are open to video software ideas.
Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of HTML page algorithms for major search engines.
Web design and C++ a plus. However we are ‘not’ seeking someone who has knowledge of many programming languages, but are masters of none.
This is an off site position that offers flexible hours within reason, work remotely.
*Must be fully fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
*Must have high-speed connection, computer and software.
*Must have Skype to communicate on a regularly basis, or as needed.
*A formal job interview via Skype will be required prior to hire.
