A few wordpress customisation

I have this website made in wordpress with a theme that I bought.
However, the owner don't offer support so I need a few things.
- The site has 12 categories, so on homepage, to be 12 posts, one random from each category
- the category should have 9 posts, 3 in a row, and when a user scroll down, then to load another 3 or 6 posts (1 or 2 rows) like facebook, when you scroll down.
- there is also a slideshow, that i like, integrated with the theme, but is missing the start and stop buttons.
That't it.
On the web there are already free plugins for what I need, but i rather let a freelancer to do that, because I don't know any wordpress coding.
I estimate 1-2 hours of work. Is a very low budget task, so who want to do it TODAY...i wait for his PM
