Audio Comparison in Java

I need someone to create a Java application that will compare two audio files. The main file will be the one which is recorded through the microphone and stored in a folder. Now the second sound will be taken directly from the microphone. The recording will be taking place continuously. If any of the message which is already stored in the folder is again repeated in the second time, a message should be shows like "Match found". This should be done by comparing each the audio files stored in the folder and the sound taken from the microphone. The saved sound files will be in the .wav format. I need this application to be built using the Net Beans (SWING). If you need further clarification, let me know please!
