Hi, I already have this program done. Had to do it for a school project about 3 months ago. Basically it creates a random maze, and then if you choose, solves it. The maze is piped to a text file in the form of ROWS 5 COLS 5 --|-| xx|x| xxxxx ----x where - is a horizontal wall | is a vertical wall and x is a cell you can step on and ROWS and COLS are the size of the maze. I can change the format accordingly, but the amount of time it takes to modify will depend on how heavy the modifications are. Output can be piped to a program to create visuals.

the Level Generator can sometimes be a kick in the pants! I wrote a Soduku puzzle level "generator" some time ago, as well as a chess puzzle generator (where it would place a few pieces on the board and you had to get a piece to a given location with a certain set of restrictions, like "get the Bishop to E3 without losing a pawn". It was very buggy (I was 16 at the time, to be fair) but I was rather proud of it.
