Create MAC Installer(DMG/PKG file) from a Java app(JAR file)

I have a Java Application. It runs perfectly on MAC OS Lion when i double click on it's JAR file. Now i need someone who can create MAC Installer(DMG/PKG file) from a Java app(JAR file). The selected persons needs to create installer for MAC and teach me how to create that on MAC OS Lion. He/She will also provide me a screen recordings (Video) showing that how he/she created that installer(This is most important). It's not a tough job for the right person. If someone knows how to do that then it's a task of 1 hour. To prove yourself for this task, send me a DMG/PKG file for the attached JAR file. So, i can understand that you can do it. Otherwise your big will be rejected. There are more projects coming up next for the selected person.
