Cloud Based mobile social TV

I am looking for the project on Cloud based mobile social TV. The project requirement is as follows : Android module : Android module should consist of Registration, login etc which should be synced to j2ee server. (Which will act as dummy cloud in my case). After login the android app should display the list of video files available on J2EE server. Upon selecting any video, the app should able to play that video. But the transcoding and streaming should be on J2EE server. Parallely the android app user should also able to share the comments on the video which should be visible to all users those who are going to watch this. This is not commercial project. So we are not going to run this on actual device so even if executes on emulators only this is perfectly OK !! J2EE Module : This will consist of videos present on the server side and the code for transcoding and streaming of video file requested by android app.
