Customer service for min 10 to 15 hours per week (long term cooperation)

Hallo, Within next few weeks we are launching our web shop that will also cover Netherlands and Belgium. We are searching for someone who can handle customer service for us (e-mail, telephone). Candidate profile: - Fluent (near native or native) Dutch, - Fluent English, - Good communication skills, - Proactive towards customer needs, - Well organized. It's a perfect job for students or people with extra time available. Working time is open for discussion, but in the beginning we will be needing 2h per day (2x 1h, so for example: 10:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 16:00, Mon to Fr).
