Create a website that makes 70$ a day from adsense

Project Description: ADSENSE/CPA WEBSITE THAT MAKES USD $70-100 per day. I already have an adsense account FULLY approved. I want an SEO optimized Adsense site earning AT LEAST $70-100 USD per day. It's achievable if you're a proven SEO Adsense expert who is professional. Not possible if you are someone who don't know what you're doing. So I want only experts here. TQ The Website should require MINIMAL OR NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL and should earn AT LEAST $70-100 USD every day throughout the month for a minimum of four years.
