We wish to develop relationships with call centres for the provision of car finance leads for our new instant acceptance web portal. We have THREE different income streams
The call centre will either: (i) provide to us a criteria met lead; or, (ii) take the customer through the finance application process where upon submission will receive an immediate decision (which enables you to properly assess your level of sales); or, (iii) we can provide you with a white label service to operate your own car finance business. Different payment rates apply to the type of customer you provide to us.
There will be a back office user interface where the call centre can see all submitted applications, whether they are declined or accepted etc, and various other fields of information to ensure you are receiving your correct payments/commissions.
Commissions
We have a two tier payment structure which can operate as:-
1. Lead only based, to be agreed, as per point (i) above
2. Confirmed lending decision as per point (ii) above
3. White label service, as per point (iii) above
We have detailed the required skills below;
Excellent verbal communication skills and your own database to contact prospective customers.
We only require a specific number of call centres to form such relationships therefore we will require a certain level of business to be maintained. The level of business we will require will be determined upon the size of the call centre and will be designed to grow as the relationship progresses to enable both parties to establish a long term working relationship.
