I require min 300 PR3-PR9 PERMANENT static backlinks for a website. The site is a Penis Pump site and links must be to medical, health, sexual health, penis dysfunction, penis enlargement, prostate, penis extension and men’s lifestyle sites - men’s forums, blogs and so on. If post,article or comment to blog or forum must be PR5 or better. Geo backlinks (Australia) are an advantage and will be valued higher. GEO links can include online directories PR3 or better. Prefer link to home page where possible.
GUIDELINES:
- I will provide the multiple anchor texts to be used with keyword combinations with target URL list.
- White hat techniques only, Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics.
- ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW.
- ALL backlinks MUST NOT BE on NOINDEX pages.
- At least 75% backlinks must be in sites either relevant to the niche market of site/category or geo targeted
- Higher % in the niche market will be considered higher quality and future work will be awarded.
- One link per domain per site
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses in English and where possible geo Australia
- If a link will be placed on an inner page or sub-domain that is lower than PR3, the link will NOT be accepted.
- Links must be static HTML links, including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.
- - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, index able and do-follow.
- Max 10 links per day.
- Delivery time: 30 days
NOT ALLOWED :
- No Spamming.
- No black hat and other unethical SEO. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.

- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

Spreadsheet should be provided after every 100 backlinks created with the following information:
1. Date link posted
2. URLs of pages where i can find my links published.
3. Domain PR
4. Anchor text used
- 5 IP Address
I will verify all links are DoFollow and that the anchor text is correct.
I will verify the domain PR of each website.
I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (without registration) and indexed in Google.
I will verify all work/guidelines before approving payment.
