One person required from one country as Master Franchisee who can provide local support to market it on joint venture. If you have a registered company+bank accounts+office you can apply.
Merchant account + VAT + Export and Import license you have to arragne later.
Company will invest on product, marketing, staff etc. and your profit margin will be 5-15% depends on product to product
