Create Google Adsense Website earning $9 USD per day

Dear Web / SEO Professional: I need a website creator who can select a niche, build a website and do SEO for a site that can generate at least $9USD per day using White-hat methods through AdSense or affiliate products. Ideally this can become a long term business relationship where we do them in blocks of 10 or more. The project will entail writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using WordPress, with professional look and feel. Payment for work will only be released once this income has been proven for at least 30 days. I have been scammed before so no up front payments. Your responsibilities include: - Please show me some of your previous website/blogs that you produced (should not be your own business sites). - Provide an overview plan before starting the project. - You must tell me how you plan on growing traffic to website using only WHITE-HAT SEO techniques. - Develop and execute SEO marketing plan. - Niche recommendations. - Creation and posting content to generate initial traffic volumes per your plan. Ultimately I want 26 SEO optimized unique articles of over 600 words content and 2% keyword density related to niche, ideally posting one (1) article per week. Articles should be original content, in proper English and must be Copyscape clean posted weekly to the blog site. - Provide passwords to me for all sites you create. - All copyrights of content will be assigned to me in writing. - You will ultimately develop a fully configuring and updated WordPress based website and support sites (if needed). - You must be able to guarantee consistent income (over $9 USD per day) for at least 6 months. Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching the website. Day by day statistics are to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked). My responsibilities include: - Getting you quick answers to questions and decisions, rapid turn-around on getting you domains and hosting, etc. - Timely payments to you for completion of the work and for bonus as earned. - Concurrence on your recommendation(s) for niche sites, names, etc. - Hosting - I will provide you with access to hosting account(s) for your development efforts on our project(s). - If you need a development site to support our project(s) in addition to the production site let me know and I can set that up for you too. - WordPress is available for your use at the hosting site. - If you have need for specific plug-ins please let me know if licensing will be required. - Purchase of domain names per your specification (at the company of my choice). - I will be the owner of any link traffic support sites you create (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) for this project. - I will provide Google AdSense advertising code(s) and any affiliate code/links you need. SITE MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING: - CAN NOT involve anything related to adult, pharmacy, violence, gambling, or anything that is not acceptable to the AdSense Terms of Service. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE ! - Must consistently generate at least $2 per day. - Contain unique English language content with unique posts/articles for 6 months (1 article/week), meaning 26 articles posted and must be Copyscape clean. - Developed in most current version of WordPress. - Must be original content and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords. - NO autoblog, NO splog, NO spamdexing, NO blackhat SEO. - Must be a standalone website. If there is a linkwheel developed, all sites in the wheel are part of the solution and become property of client. - Must contain at least one related images to niche topic per article – use of royalty free images is required. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - Unique organic traffic (NO bots, no systems or bought traffic).
