We are a small real estate company and we need help placing and monitoring our ads on Craigslist.com. We are searching for a highly experienced person to help us post and monitor our ads daily. The apartment rental ads will be placed in different US cities and the volume is variable. It can be anywhere from 2 ads to 200 ads per day. It depends on how many properties we have in inventory. THIS IS NOT ENTRY LEVEL. The candidate we are searching for must meet the following criteria: 1) Must have detailed experience posting ads on Craigslist - INCLUDING REMEDIES FOR F LAGGING & G HOSTING. 2) MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Your location does not matter to us but YOU MUST SPEAK ENGLISH and be accessible by telephone. The pay for this job is negotiable - we can pay per hour or on a flat rate. Either way, we are looking for someone to work with long term. Feel free to ask us questions. Thank you.
