Build Quality Links to my Website

I am looking for 50 permanent PR4+ backlinks for my website. Links must be from sites relevant to Building, Construction. Links must be indexed, permanent and guaranteed. Links must be on "dofollow" pages. 10 different keyword variations will be supplied to point to 5 different pages on the website. Requirements: - Backlinks must be built with 100% WHITE HAT tactics.
