Backlinks for a Real Estate site

I am looking for someone that can assist me in getting Backlinks to our Real Estate website. We are already showing up on page one of the search engines. I've done all the other SEO things already. Backlinking was our weakest part of the plan. I don't want anything scammy. I am looking for this to be done ethically right, morally right, legally right, and so on. I guess you can say white hat. If you have strategies of your own, I am open to hear them. I would imagine that this gig would require that you look for opportunities. When you find them, you can either put our link there or just tell us about it and we can pursue it. If you are interested, please let me know how much it will cost. I'm sorry, I just don't have time to interact with a whole bunch of people to figure out who is going to be affordable and legit. You will have to be upfront with me from the start. So please tell me what you would charge and how long it would take and what strategies you will use.
