This is an opportunity for ongoing month to month work to continue for the future as long as the positive performance is experienced. Payment is to be made on a monthly basis upon verification of all SEO efforts or willing to negotiate a pay for performance structure. e.g. Earn $x for every sale from organic traffic. We are looking for a SEO expert/consultant/whiz to build our organic traffic to our website. Must have prior experience and completely understand and enforce the Google webmaster guidelines. We have been hit by the Penguin update and need someone to be able to help fix this and improve our rankings across numerous highly converting keywords. The industry we are in is footwear/shoes/fashion so the theme of SEO link building should be related to this industry. You can't place 2+ links on the same domain. + Linking page must already be indexed in Google + Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) + Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] + No links from "under construction" pages. + No sites that will ask for money later. + No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING + No blog comment spamming + No ping sites + No links within newsgroups + All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. + Links will be from relevant websites. + Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. + Links must be in text, no graphics. + Link builder should be experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you. + Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.
