Adsense Site Generating At Least $50/Day

Hello, I am looking for a very efficient , talented person to work on this project. No time wasters ... please. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE ! ! ! - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic – use of royalty free images is highly desirable - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (NO bots, no systems or bought traffic) - Must be optimized for Google Adsense - Must have my Google analytics code and my AdSense code installed, so i can track statistics and revenue! - Please ensure that I shall be able to receive payment from adsense to my paypal account. - Finished website must be installed on my hosting. - You must be able to guarantee consistent income (over $50 USD per day) for at least 6 months. ALSO: - You must tell me how you plan on growing traffic to website (USING ONLY WHITE-HAT SEO techniques). - Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching the website. Day by day statistics are to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked). - Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 30 days (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $50 USD per day for 30 full days).
