I have been a Customer Service Specialist and a good team player for 3 years in a Call center company. My task includes processing orders,providing status,handling supervisor's call,outbound calling,and and answering emails. The best thing that i had with my experiences
are the workshops and training provided by my previous employer. like proper call handing,email writing,technical writing,good customer service techniques and grammar points. Data-entry was part of my job as well.
