Create 5 unique URL email addresses; Advise on Marketing in India

Hello Freelancers I have a two part job and I'm looking for an individual or company that can handle both tasks. The first is easy - create 5 unique IP email addresses using a combination of providers (eg. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) The second task is providing me with marketing expertise/advice. I've been relatively successful in North America and would like to (if there's a market for it) expand into India. I have included a link to my website in this posting. Are there free online classified in India (the equivalent of North America's Craig's List) where I could advertise and if so, is this a service your company can provide (i.e. ad posting)?
