Admin support - Update Spareroom.co.uk Adverts

We are a property business that rents out our rooms in the UK. We use the website [login to view URL] to post our adverts. What we require is someone who can update our marketing adverts based on a criteria given... All templates, photos, advert descriptions and details will be provided. What we require is someone to physically enter the data into [login to view URL] and update the adverts. The adverts MUST be updated in the morning before 6am and 8am UK time. We expect to pay approximately $1 per property advert updated. On a quiet month this could be 5 properties 4 days a week so a monthly pay of $86 On a busy month this could be 12 properties 7 days a week so a monthly pay of $364 (This would be during our peak summer season) The job is ongoing and due to spareroom policy we may be expected to change our advert styles from time to time so we do want someone who is flexible and understanding should these events occur. As we grow the business we also may change the strategy and timing of updates so this is something we would like someone to be open to. Furthermore, the number of properties is expected to double over the next year so we are looking for someone who can handle the demand in future months.
