Assist me with Email Bulk Marketing

Hello, we are a start up mobile app. We have found around 400 potential email addresses who can be interested in our application. Those are divided in 4 different languages. So what we need is to send those 4 different languages letters to those recipients, to avoid spam filters and to track results if possible. It has to be sent form our info email and potential customers should be able to reply to this email directly. We do have an excel with all contacts, so it is easy to filter etc. So kind of mailchimp service.
