Convert Indesign document to 2 size layouts

I have a 354 page Indesign document with 28 masters. The pages are reasonably simple. I have it currently designed as a .indd A4 (8.27 × 11.69) and .indd A5 (5.83 × 8.27) sizes. I need it converted to: 1. US Letter (8.5" x 11") 2. US Trade (6" x 9") So obviously A4 to US letter, and A5 to US Trade. The files I'm expecting from this project are: - US Trade .indd - US Trade .pdf - US Letter .indd - US Letter .pdf It needs to maintain the existing design in the new size files.
