I have nearly 2 years of experience working with a book editor. I have around 40 books on the Portuguese market which interior was designed by me. In an international level I already have 3 books out as freelancer. I use InDesign and work with the specifications you give me; I am not sure how many pages your book has, but I normally do 1$ (63INR) per page for normal pages (text only);
