Clothing designs for website

I have had clothing designs created in illustrator. The outline of the designs are fine but some of the objects within the designs are not lined up accurately, for example equal distance, the objects are not straight or parallel, or follow a defined line etc. I need assistance to 'tidy-up' the objects in the designs. There are approximately 20 simple clothing designs - all very similar garments. The work will involve focusing initially on tidying up the designs. There is an opportunity to create additional designs once this project is completed.
