Children's Book Illustration

I have a children's book that needs illustrations and this job is to have one cover illustration created by two or three different contractors. This will allow me to compare illustrations and choose a contractor for the larger job for a 32 page children's book with 15 to 20 illustrations. Please bid for one (1) illustration for the cover. Here are some details: 1. The finished book size will be 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" square and will be for 3 to 6 year old children. 2. The book is about two boys (brothers) coming home from a fishing trip. 3. The fishing trip is just for fun at a small pond close to their home. 4. The illustration should be of two boys walking away from a small pond with these details: a. The pond is in a green pasture with a large bramble (blackberry bush) nearby. b. About 100 feet behind the pond there is a large deciduous tree with leaves on it. The tree is not a big part of the picture. c. One of the two boys is 9 years old and he will have a fishing rod over his shoulder. d. The other of the two boys is 7 years old and will be carrying a bucket full of water with a fish in it. e. The 9 year old boy has sandy blond hair (brownish blond) that is a little curly and a little messy. f. The 7 year old boy has sandy blond hair that is straight and a little longer, but not quite to his shoulders. g. The 9 year old is wearing long, dark colored shorts that come just below his knees, a solid colored shirt and dark shoes. The shoes are not an important feature. h. The 7 year old is wearing dark blue overalls (like blue jeans) with a different color of solid shirt than his brother - maybe red. This boy is wearing red rain boots that come up over his pant legs and go almost to his knees. The red boots ARE an important feature.
