Design of Infographics slide

Hi, I'm looking for somebody that can design an infographic slide for me. The priciple is quite simple. I'm building a page that measures the impact of a number of people on social media. To do this I would like to have a page which has pictures of those people, 16 maximum and 4 minimum. My original idea was to have circles in which there is a picture of a person. When the influence grows, I was thinking of the making the circle bigger. But I'm open to suggestions. Inside the circle I also want the ability to add text, for example a percentage. I don't want to restrict you too much in your creativity but the background is red so if you could incorporate that in the design? On top of the page we need to include some other general numbers such total amount of tweets, total amount of facebook interactions, average twitter volume, etc... I'm looking forward to some of your ideas and bids.
