Bali Villas

I want to design and build 2, 2 bedroom Villas in Bali. The land size is rectangular in shape and is 620 square meters (6.2 Ares); so approximately 18 X 36 Meters and is on a flat rice field terrace. They need to self contained and each have a swimming pool which don't have to be big but different with mosaic or cool looking stones. The Living room, kitchen and dining room are open to the elements and only need to have fans. The main living space doesn't have to be attached to the bedrooms but the pathway covered as it rains a lot over there. The bedrooms air conditioned. The bathrooms are open to nature but have to covered, the shower area can be open to the stars, they work with Terrazzo over there and the sinks can be made that way. Tiles are good for the floor but can't be slippery. I like very organic and free flowing design...I don't want cookie cutter. I am very practical by nature. I like nature and incorporating nature, water and tropical feel to the Villas although having a modern feel as well. The villas don't need an enclosed garage but should have something above. Labour is skilled and inexpensive over in Bali, so the use of stone on walls is probable. I like the natural look of palm on the ceiling but the roof top could be thatched or clay shingles. Spend some time doing research on the feel and look of Bali and their Villas. I buy and manufacture furniture over there so I have access to many different materials.
