Build simple dashboard

Summary: Very simple website that is a dashboard for some metrics we produce. Do not over-think or over-complicate this. Requirements: 1. File "[login to view URL]" that will install your code to a fresh instance of Linux server that I will provide to you. (I can rebuild the server from scratch whenever you like but you'll have to wait until I'm online.) a. [login to view URL] will run with root privileges. b. Do not assume any specific starting directory. 2. File "[login to view URL]" that will be automatically unzipped to the server at "/usr/local/src". [login to view URL] should find the files in this directory. 3. After [login to view URL] is executed, the server should: a. Serve a web page "[login to view URL]" from the root directory using Apache. i. This page should be called "Team42 Monitoring". ii. This page should query a web service: 1. [login to view URL] 2. It will receive back a JSON object with 2 values: a. WebServiceCallsPerSecond b. AuthenticationCallsPerSecond 3. Display these 2 values on the page with large, attractive formatting. No charts or graphs necessary, just the number. 4. Re-query the web service every 5 seconds and refresh the numbers. 5. Display dashes (--) if the web service is down.
