I am going to suggest that you consider an alternative to asp.net and sql development for this i would look at building it out using wordpress and installing the woocommerce plugin. Its open source and will cost you less money. I have included 1 year hosting with the price and I can get it up and running within 48 hours. It that isn't an something you want to explore, we could look at a dot net nuke cms platform and get something off the shelf to develop out further If you want to explore these options, I would love to chat with you some more about this Regards / Craig
