I want a simple project, basically it is a website that allow user to type a number and the website will pull an a file( pdf/img ) from a network drive according to the key entered and display it to the user. The network drive can't edited and files can't be moved from there. also, the network drive have multiple folders that the file needed might be in it not only one folder. The file should be searched, by keyword - file type- date created.. ( design is not needed at all, just require functionality & explanation if possible) Also,an addition to the project will be to be able to convert the pdf file to img file ( regardless of extension ) and allow user to edit the image from the website.

Hi, I have gone through your requirement in detail but your budget is too less. In 50$ I can provide you with Web application where-in you will be able to search files w.r.t keyword, date time or any other criteria. Matching file will be listed in a table and you will be able to view(if image) or download the file. In quote budget won't be able to provide option to edit online or convert pdf to image.
