Display iFrame only after a page has been loaded for x minutes

We use an iFrame to display a chat button on our website, and need a short Jscript or other cross platform method that will cause the iFrame to only display after the page has been loaded for x minutes. For example, if a visitor loads a contact form but does not submit it after 2 minutes they might have some questions about that form. We would like the chat button that is within the iFrame to appear after the page has been loaded for that amount of time ... not when the page initially loads.
The iFrame we are loading fixes the button at a specified location on the page. The code is as follows.

Please only bid on the project if you have done this before, or have the code that you know will work. We don't want to see a long list of your accomplishment, just that you have code that will do exactly what is asked here. I'm just looking to save a few minutes from having to Google to find the script myself.
The URL of the page in which the iFrame is placed is www.1to1Service.com. However, it is a live chat solution (iService) that we provide to many other companies and we have no control of the language or CMS used for their site. It could be Wordpress, asp.NET, or anything else.
We will review the suggestions and pick the one that seems best.
