css styling expert

I have a website : [login to view URL] 1) there is a "red line" in the menu that is to long........ 2) I want an extra image to the right of the menu...see example image is located at [login to view URL] of course when < 768 px leave the [login to view URL] and of course leave the excisting layout (responsive) 3) MUST WORK in Firefox, Chrome and IE 4) ONLY CSS..........i want all the styling in the css-file ! 5) You don't get ftp settings: please an example on your own site: you give me the url and i check if i like it 6) When OK you give me the NICELY FORMATED css-file (without any surplus garbadge for example bootstrap...), I upload it on my site 7 If ok...payment on Freelancer.com 8) No email, skype etc: messages only on Freelancer.com
