A one page image upload site

I want to have a site where you can upload an image which is processed by C++ code on the server and the result is sent back to the browser. NOTE: This is not an image processing project; the script to do the image processing will be provided by me. You will be required to do the front end web development and to trigger my script to do the image processing. Here is the required functionality: 1. A button to upload an image to the server (either from computer or URL) 2. As an alternative to the user uploading their own image, a set of 3 or 4 images are provided, from which the user can choose one to process 3. On pressing Submit, the image is sent to the server where it triggers my code to process the image 4. The processed image is sent back to the browser and displayed over the original with a slider bar you can drag across to compare before and after 5. A download button to download the processed image In terms of functionality, I would like something similar to [login to view URL] The URL holder, sample images and various buttons would be placed on the centre of the page, and when you press Submit, the background would be dimmed and there would be some kind of animation which shows until the server sends back the image (you don't need to estimate how much time the processing will take). In terms of actual design, I would like it to look like [login to view URL], where you have a nice high res background, and the upload button and URL and sample images in the center of the page. I will buy the domain name and web hosting. You will need to implement the functionality listed above, including the front end web design and the backend code to call my bash script and send the result back to the browser. I do not mind which frameworks you use as long as the site looks simple, professional and all on one page. Also, it is important that the code you write be clean and under version control so that I can modify it myself later. I would like to see some examples of websites you have made.
